文水平是语文综合能力的体现，从字、词到句、段、篇，都会展现出语文进修、积累、运用的能力。教学中，充分发挥文本影响，一单元作文教学为主，围绕本单元的主题，在进修单元中的课文时就注意引导学生把握例文的精妙之处。在引导学生写作时就有理有据，有了很好的示范，就能点燃学生创作灵感的火花。注重作文的修改，“好作文是改出来的”，学生写好作文后，先有自己修改，再以小组为单位交流修改，与此同时提出要求，学生结合要求再次对自己的作文进行修改，完成后誊写有老师评改，在反馈给学生，使学生清晰地明白自己的习作的得失，这样经过训练后，大部分同学的作文布局合理，选材准确，语句通顺，极少有错别字，作文水平大大进步。
、加强培优补差职业，全面促进学生进步
了促进每一位学生能在原有基础上都有所进步，我着重“抓两头，带中间”，注重培养优生帮助差生。在班级中开展“扶贫帮困”的活动，激励学困生树立信心，课内多给他们创新机会，课外耐心辅导，以此激起他们进修的兴趣。同时及时与家长沟通，取得家长的支持，监督学生认真完成家庭作业，由班干部们对背诵，基础作业进行及时检查，帮助学困生尽量缩小与同学们的差距。
